CLEANLINESS BY AKSHIT JAIN The Earth, our home, is a place of beauty and wonder. It is where humanity and humanism thrive, and where we celebrate the diversity of different religions and customs. Amidst all the greatness that exists on this planet, there is one idea that is universally shared - cleanliness. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, "When there is both inner and outer cleanliness, it approaches godliness." Cleanliness has different meanings depending on the matter of discussion. For example, about religion, cleanliness is the state of being pure, without moral contamination. When it comes to the environment, it is the state of being free from dirt. Environmental cleanliness is what most people are familiar with because of the daily interaction with the environment and the impact it has on our health and the expectations of society.
